This lovely table has a "burled walnut" top and the fish pedestal is "gold" leaf. I call it The Czar's Table because it was featured in a faberge egg (by James Damiani) entitled "Tea with the Czar"
It is 3 3/8" in diameter and 2 3/8" high.
